Kim Coburn joined the MCA Board with an extensive background in community events planning. She was an active volunteer in the Lexington public schools, is a former president of FOLMADS (Friends of Lexington Music and Drama Students), served on Lexington's 300th Anniversary Committee, and is a former member of the Town Celebrations Committee. She is a current member of the Cary Library Foundation Events Committee. Kim is the MCA Board Co-Chair.

Paul A. Czech is a partner in Colbath and Czech Law Offices and a trial attorney first and foremost. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television and Film in 1984 and his law degree in 1992. Read more about his professional expertise here. Through the years, Paul has served on several committees and commissions, including the Board of Directors for both the Stoneham and Capital Theaters. Likewise, his work has ranged from topics of music management, digital distribution, medical cannabis, not for profits, and initiatives for hearing loss. Paul sits on the Building Committee.

Hua Dong joined the MCA Board in 2021. She teaches Chinese language and culture and leads summer programs to China and Taiwan at Northeastern University. Prior to coming to Northeastern University, she was an associate producer and producer for several documentary films about modern and contemporary Chinese history and culture, including the historic Chinese house, “Yin Yu Tang”, at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts. Hua is interested in bridging cultures, arts, and communities together. She is on the MCA Outreach Committee.

Greig Greenwald has been involved with the MCA since 2012, beginning his involvement by attending Munroe Saturday Nights events, then joining its performance planning committee, and then joining the MCA Board - currently sitting on the Capital Projects Committee. Greig is currently the Director of Programs for Ultra Electronics Ocean Systems, and has a background as a Systems Engineer.

Susan Knauer joined the MCA Board in 2024. She is a professional program and portfolio manager leading global teams in pharmaceutical research and development. She brings with her lifelong participation in music and the arts and skills in strategic planning and financial management. She sits on the MCA Development Committee and leads the Events Committee.

Star Lancaster has a background in public health and currently is employed as a Senior Data Management Analyst for Optum. Star also first got involved with Munroe Saturday Nights (MSN) and is currently the MCA Board’s liaison to Munroe Center Stage. She has been on the MCA Board for several terms and has served to help oversee numerous organizational developments and provide prudent oversight.

Christine Noah joined the MCA Board in 2022, and she is chair of the MCA Development Committee. Christine brings with her a background in nonprofit arts management and fundraising consulting in addition to her current work in corporate talent strategy and marketing. Outside of MCA, she serves on the Arlington Commission for Arts & Culture, as Co-Artistic Director of Fort Point Theatre Channel in Boston, and as a member of housing advocacy collective Equitable Arlington.

Steve Poltorzycki has a background as an attorney and a real estate professional, as well as an artist in photography. Steve is involved in several local area arts organizations. He has over 30 years in business leadership, strategic planning, quantitative analysis, operations management, sales and marketing. Steve Co-Chairs the Board, and also chairs MCA's Development, and Capital Projects Committees.

Pam Smith is a 14-year Lexington resident, as well as a wife, mother, and grandmother. Since retiring from elementary education and administration, Pam has concentrated on her new passion of mixed media art. She is delighted to join the MCA Board to combine her two sources of inspiration: education and art.

Theodore Szostkowski basically never left school. He has been teaching in the elementary grades for nine years in Chicago and across Illinois before moving to Cambridge for graduate school in Architecture. This led to a 35-year career designing university buildings around the country and overseas. Ted enjoyed watching his daughters flourish at the Lexington School of Ballet in their youth and is thrilled for an opportunity to give back to the center. He sits on the Board and the Capital Projects Committee.
