400 s.f. artist's studio space available

The Center has one large, shared, second-floor artist's studio space available. The whole space is 800 s.f.; you would have half of that space. The other half is used by a painter. There is no partition (although a movable partitiion could be used, if you like). The ceiling is 12' high and the room has five 5'X4' windows, with a sylvan view on one side, and a pleasant pine-tree and residential view on the other side.

You would be part of the community art center and have community service written into your lease (participate in open studios and the town's ArtWalk are the requirements of the moment). The cost is $5,000/year or $417/month (equivalent to $12.50/s.f.) There is an additional refundable oil surcharge of about $52/month through May.

Preference is given to Lexingtron residents, but all are strongly encouraged to apply.
