CHRISTIAN HEROLD

Executive Director, MA in Performance Studies (NYU) joins the MCA from New York City, where he was an adjunct professor in NYU's Drama Dept., served on the board of Women and Performance: a journal of feminist theory, directed RingOut, Inc. and directed and enacted his own performance work. He is a published writer and speaker on multiculturalism and sound art, and a published playwright. In an earlier incarnation (in the Boston area), he directed the Animist Theater Co., worked as a daily reporter for the Middlesex News and the Dedham Daily Transcript, and taught creative drama.

HANNAH HAMMOND-HAGMAN

Education Director, MFA, School of the Art Institute of Chicago, has taught arts education in San Francisco, Chicago, and with ArtSpan. Her art has been exhibited nationally.
