Munroe Center for the Arts

With a master's degree in education from Harvard, Barbara directed the adult and community education programs for the public schools in Newton (executive director) and Brookline (assistant director). She was also the assistant director of the Cambridge Center for Adult Education. She served for a year as co-president of the parents-Teacher Organization of the Pierce Elementary School in Brookline, as a board member of the Brookline Symphony Orchestra, and as a writer with the Boston Theater Group.

LOTUS LIEN - Program Coordinator

Lotus has a degree in business and marketing management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was an International Product Manager at Sunstar Americas in Chicago. She recently completed a Bachelors of Fine Art in Interdisciplinary Arts from the New Hampshire Institute of Art with emphasis in ceramic sculpture, painting, and art education. Lotus is a working ceramic artist with a passion for community and public art and taught mural painting during April's vacation camp.
