Fridays 10am - 1pm
January 9 - March 20 no class 2/20
Instructor -  Alejandra Cuadra
$615 + $40 materials fee

In this class, we will think about the forms as vessels for narrative and storytelling. We will be incorporating coil, pinching, slabs, and even wheel-thrown to expand reflections of our interests. Drawing inspiration from the natural world, as well as from drawings, imagination, and history, we will explore how the vessel form can lead to narrative, storytelling, and connection. With a strong background in the human form, we will explore breaking things down from complex to simple to build upon and render what we see and experience, while incorporating our own perspective and vision.
