Ceramics Classes for Adults
These classes instruct students and demonstrate handbuilding methods, throwing skills, surface design and glazing. New students will learn foundational skills in clay forming while returning students will continue to explore new techniques. Instructors work with students as a group as well as individuals.
All levels are welcome.

Open Studio Visits
Saturdays, 11 AM - 2 PM

$50 / day
Studio visits may be scheduled for students registered in an adult ceramics class during the current semester. Students must be capable of working independently and within the guidelines of the ceramics studio. To equally share our communal studio space, visits are first-come first-serve and limited to a max. of 2 visits per student.
No Studio time can be scheduled 5/20 due to Lexington Open Studios event.
Saturdays, 11 AM - 2 PM

Explore creating with purpose, making pots of your own designs. This class will encourage students to push fundamental abilities to create consistent, functioning pieces with pleasing forms. Students will be focusing on proportion, composition, individual style, and, most importantly - function! Open to all levels but geared towards returning students.
