Join the incredible Andy Rhodes for a fun and dynamic look at the world of theatre! This cooperative class will focus on introducing theatre terminology, structure and etiquette, and basic stage directions. Through warm-up activities, improvisation games, and practice scenes, students can explore different physicalities and performance styles. By practicing scenes, students will get comfortable exploring their creative side, both on and off “the stage”!

Join the incredible Andy Rhodes for a fun and dynamic look at the world of theatre, ideal for returning or experienced students! This cooperative class will build on beginning theatre knowledge, with the addition of basic text/character analysis and identifying play structures. Through warm-up activities and rehearsal of scenes, students can take the extra step to develop their skills in a group environment! When students are not rehearsing, they can build on the world of the play by putting together their costumes and props. Students will have a final performance for friends and family on the final day of class (November 28th if no rescheduling).
