Our printmaking studio is centered around the American French Tool Press. This etching press is the heaviest on the market, equipped with large bearings, solid steel rolls, and a 30" x 48" bed.
With a range of pressure applied, printmakers can explore linocut, dry-point, monotype, collagraph, and more! The press assembly process and example prints (courtesy of Stephanie Stigliano) are shown below.
